Roger P. Roy, Jr.

is a partner in the law firm of Roy & Casper, LLC. Prior to forming Roy & Casper, LLC in 2018, Roger was a solo practitioner from 2013-2018, a partner in Cook & Roy, LLC 2001-2013 and the City Attorney for North Myrtle Beach from 1998-2001. His practice consists of residential and commercial real estate, estate planning and probate, commercial and corporate transactions. He is licensed in South Carolina.

Roger is a board member for both Sea Haven Youth Home and the Hootie and the Blowfish Foundation. He is the current president of the Surf Golf and Beach Club, and has previiously served in this position. In addition, he has served on the advisory board for Horry Georgetown Technical College.

Roger is a busy father of three children.In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and attending his children’s activities.

Juliet M. Casper

is a partner in the law firm of Roy & Casper, LLC. Prior to forming Roy & Casper, LLC in 2018, Juliet was a partner at Newby Sartip Masel & Casper, LLC, for thirteen years. Her practice consists of residential and commercial real estate, estate planning and probate, commercial and corporate transactions. She is licensed in both North and South Carolina. The Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce recognized Juliet for her outstanding customer service by awarding her the prestigious I.C.E (Impeccable Customer Experience) Award on February 21, 2008. In 2014 readers of the Myrtle Beach Herald newspaper voted Juliet Best Attorney.

On April 21, 2018, Juliet was installed as State President for General Federation of Women’s Clubs –South Carolina. She is the first member of the North Myrtle Beach Woman’s Club and first woman in Horry County to serve as State President. The General Federation of Women’s Clubs is an international organization dedicated to community improvement through volunteer service. State Senator Greg Hembree recognized this achievement with a Senate Resolution. Juliet is currently serving on the gFWC Board of Directors as the Chaiman for the Legislation/Public Policy Committee and as a member of the REsolutions Committee.

In addition to her volunteer service with the General Federation of Women’s Clubs, Juliet serves Horry County as a longtime member of the Board of Directors for Sea Haven, Inc., a nonprofit that assists at risk and homeless youth. She is a Strategic Partner for the Women’s Council of Realtors Grand Strand. She is a member of the Grand Strand Masters Swim Team, and a member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church. In 2019 she was appointed by Governor McMaster to the Foster Care Review Board for Horry County and is serving in her second term. She is married to Chris Mezenski, Vice President of GreenTrol Automation, Inc. and they have one adult son, Tristan, who is a 2021 graduate of Coastal Carolina University.
